I’m Samantha Tierney, a beauty industry expert with 19 years of experience, an award-winning salon owner, and a coach who has walked the path you’re on.

Through proven techniques like mindfulness, CBT strategies, relaxation exercises, nervous system regulation, and business boundaries, you’ll learn how to manage anxiety in all aspects of life—without medication.
I have created an Anxiety Toolkit which is a mini course that will help you to calm your nervous system daily and during particularly anxious moments using breathing techniques, grounding techniques, journaling, self discovery and a meditation audio file.
I am also in the process of creating a complete transformational course, you’ll gain a complete toolkit to help calm your anxiety and take back control of your life so you can start living in the moment again. I have expert guidance not only from myself but also from other professionals including yoga lessons, gym classes with my personal trainer and a nutritionist. I will teach you to use practical techniques that I have learned and used successfully through years of therapy, you’ll do some deep self discovery work, learn how to manage anxious thoughts, regulate your nervous system and build lasting emotional resilience. So basically you’ll have your shit together! From understanding your triggers to setting boundaries, creating healthy routines and building confidence this course is going to support you every step of the way!

My Personal Journey: From Anxious & Overwhelmed to Confident & Thriving
Let’s be real—anxiety SUCKS. And trying to run a beauty business while battling racing thoughts, panic, and that horrible "I-just-want-to-go-home-and-hide" feeling? Even worse.
Back in 2018/2019, I was right there. I LOVED my job, but every client appointment felt like a mountain to climb. I would smile, chat, and look completely fine on the outside, but inside? I was dizzy, nauseous, and counting down the minutes until I could escape. I was juggling being a self-employed mum, dealing with a stressful relationship, and grieving the loss of my Dad, all while keeping my business running. It was a lot.
And then one day—boom. Anxiety attack in the salon. My stress bucket officially overflowed, and I realised I couldn’t keep pretending I was okay.
So, I became OBSESSED with figuring out how to fix this. I spent years researching, testing, and learning everything I could about anxiety, trying every technique under the sun. And guess what? I cracked the code. No medication, no magic tricks—just real, practical tools that actually WORK.
Fast forward to 2022, and I faced the hardest moment of my life—losing my Mum, my best friend. But this time? I had the tools to cope. Anxiety didn’t break me. I didn’t spiral. I handled it, because everything I’d learned had truly transformed the way I dealt with stress, fear, and overwhelm.
Now? I run my business with confidence, I manage my anxiety like a pro, and I help other beauty professionals do the same. Because you shouldn’t have to choose between loving your job and feeling at peace. You deserve BOTH.
